Carole Capsalis

Ms. Capsalis has a wide array of experience focusing on business and employment law, elder law, wills,  trusts, and estate planning and administration.  With an effective combination of personal touch and acute business sense, Ms. Capsalis enjoys finding creative and effective solutions for her business and professional clients, whether their needs are transactional or call for dispute resolution.  Ms. Capsalis uses that same personal touch to assist her clients with wills, trusts and estate planning, whether it is an elder law issue or younger generations wisely planning for their future.  Before joining Turner & Kinney, Ms. Capsalis served as associate general counsel for a national mortgage lending company during a period of rapid company growth, where she advised on all aspects of business operations and initiatives and handled state and federal labor law and human resource matters impacting the company.  Before serving as in-house counsel, Ms. Capsalis practiced law for many years with the Arlington, Virginia civil and criminal litigation firm of Cohen, Gettings, Alper & Dunham and maintained a busy civil litigation, business law and estate planning practice in Arlington and in Leesburg.
